Workshop Registration - General Information

The registration fee is US $350. Add $150 for each accompanying guest and $50 for children over 5 years old. The registration fee covers the following: Breakfast: Monday-Friday, coffee breaks: Monday-Friday, poster-side reception (no alcohol): Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; banquet on Thursday, poster boards, audio-visual facilities, and registration packet. After submitting the registration form, make sure to print a copy and mail it along with the fee or fax your credit card information.

Payment by credit card:
After you have registered, a web page will return with a form which can be faxed to 713-348-5143, Attention: Umbe Cantu along with credit card information (Amex, Visa and MC). Please include your card number, expiration date and name on the card for verification purposes.

Those who have already registered but not paid the registration fee should pay onsite:
$400 for participants and $200 for accompanying guests.
